I truly, truly hate art that consists of lots and lots of objects arranged so that far away they look like something. (And it’s usually a pissing celebrity isn’t it?)
I recognise it takes a lot of effort but WHY BOTHER? No effort to put some imagination into the work is made and you could just have the picture of the the thing itself and it would look better!

This will be a strange question...
Does anyone have any ideas for techniques to make material that looks like skin? (the colour can be altered, it’s the texture I need).
You see I’m wanting to personify a wall…
I have tried PVA and latex in various different mixtures but something’s missing…
